Let me just start off by saying, I can't believe I am here. I am so incredibly grateful that I finally get to do what I love! It all started over 2 decades ago in my family kitchen. From baking apple pie at 2 years old, to now creating desserts that feel just as special as they taste. 

    What began as a passion for baking turned into a dream of creating something entirely my own—a dessert brand filled with a little nostalgia, a little magic, and a whole lot of cake. 

   Every dessert at Hailey’s Comet Cake Bar is made with the idea that dessert should be an experience. The kind that makes you stop after the first bite, immediately hand your friend a fork, and already start thinking about what you’re ordering next time. 

   This brand is about more than dessert. It’s about chasing the idea that’s been sitting in the back of your mind, taking that leap, and creating something you once had only imagined. 

Somehow, I have a feeling you finding us wasn’t an accident.
